Welcome to the Nordic Discus Society!

We are the biggest society for Discus hobbyists in the Nordic region.

Here you will find a lot of good information about the discusfish; articles, travel reports from Amazonas, and so on.

During 2009 we arranged our first Discus Championship, in Stockholm. We had a great event with exhibitors, judges and lectures from all around the world. We are now working for a new championship which will take place in Malmö 2011, and of course we aim to improve our last success!

As a member in the Nordic Discus Society you will get access to our wide bank of knowledge, and you will have free entry to our meetings like our annual meeting, championships and so on. We try to meet a few times every year all around Sweden to discuss our hobbie and to exchange knowledge with each other. At these meetings we try to invite interesting people for lectures, and we normally arrange common dinners and much more.
